All products where sold ,covered by the company warranty. The warranty of each product may differ.
The follow products covered for 12 months:
- Amplifiers
- Consoles
- Mixer
The follow products covered for 6 months:
- Loudspeakers
The warranty of a products in any case doesn’t cover the follow :
Damage caused by mishandling, misuse, wrong connection, different voltage, short circuit, fire, high or low temperature, humidity, weather conditions (lightning, flood, exposure to sun, etc.)
Upgrades, modifications, improvements or developments that can be done in similar devices.
In any case, our company is always at your disposal to cover any questions about the warranty policy of the product or products that interest you, e-mail, by telephone or any other way, as well as to inform you about the time warranty, the recovery time of the injury, and any other relevant information.
